Adrian Berryhill, the Owner of Encore Builders, has been a cornerstone in the residential and commercial building industry since 1994. He began his journey with Berryhill Properties, his first building company, and has since established Rockhill Commercial Development and several other successful homebuilding brands in the Tulsa metro area. Over the past 30 years, Adrian has constructed nearly 700 homes, with a significant focus on the luxury market. His work can be seen in prestigious developments such as Legacy Park, Legends, The Estates of Graystone, Crescent Court, Millicent Crossing, Union Station, Wind River, Waterstone, Twin Creeks, Riverstone, Berwick, Berwick South, WoodCreek, RidgePoint, Estates at The River, Sunset Hills, Boulevard Estates, Estates at Forest Hills, Nottingham, Devonshire, The Lakes at Indian Springs, Sheridan Crossing Phase II, The Estate at Jasper Creek, South Springs, and many more.

He holds a General Contractor license in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, and has successfully navigated commercial projects, full residential developments, and financial institutions. He has also been involved in managing NASCAR racing teams, leveraging a unique set of skills honed from a legacy of successful entrepreneurship.
