Having spent 20+ years working closely with prominent builders in Oklahoma and North Carolina, as well as running her own design and construction company at Boulevard Interiors, she possesses valuable insights into construction and real estate. Her intricate knowledge of home building and design, combined with many years in real estate industry allow her to offer clients a comprehensive understanding of property value, construction quality, design trends, and neighborhood dynamics.

 

Gunta completed undergraduate studies in business administration from Oklahoma State University and returned to school to obtain an interior design later on. With a lifelong interest in architecture and design and an opportunity to work and excel in both fields, Gunta’s clients enjoy an advantage when assessing a home for purchase or preparing the home for sale.
